NOTICE OF AWARD TO LOW BIDDER – SEALEVEL BULKHEAD BUILDERS: Due diligence was performed, and the Port Commission approved award of contract for the Port of Kingston Covered Moorage Roof Repair Project to SeaLevel Bulkhead Builders, Inc.
