NOTICE OF AWARD TO LOW BIDDER – SEALEVEL BULKHEAD BUILDERS: Due diligence was performed, and the Port Commission approved award of contract for the Port of Kingston Covered Moorage Roof Repair Project to SeaLevel Bulkhead Builders, Inc. The Contract Agreement will be executed between the Port and SeaLevel Bulkhead Builders, Inc. at the Port Administrative Office – Port of Kingston, Kitsap County, WA on Wednesday December 28, 2016.
