Electricity is invoiced at $.097 per kilowatt-hour. Live-a-boards are limited to 5% of the permanent moorage tenants and must execute a live-a-board agreement with the Port Office. All tenants must provide the Port Office with proof of liability insurance listing the Port of Kingston as “additional insured” on the policy prior to executing a moorage agreement. The Port Office must receive updated insurance when any policy changes occur.
All tenants must display current licensing on their vessel and must provide the Port Office with a copy of their current vessel registration.
