 We have some exciting news!

On May 1st we rolled out our new Marina Software. This software offers many new features and benefits for your convenience.

First and foremost, we are pleased to offer our monthly moorage and parking licensees the option of automatically paying your statement through automated clearing house (ACH)! Credit card fraud is on the rise. In 2023, there were 53% more reported cases of credit card fraud than in 2019. This has caused credit card processing fees to increase at a rapid pace. Many merchants are passing a portion of these fees on to consumers. Port of Kingston does not charge an additional fee for credit card transactions currently but may do so in the future.

If you decide to participate in the automatic payment program, Please complete the attached form and return it to the Port Office with a voided check. The Port will notify you when your ACH information has been accepted and when payments will begin. Payment equal to the balance of your current statement will be withdrawn from your account on the 10th of every month. Please be aware that the failure to have available funds in your account will result in an NSF fee for each occurrence and may also result in the assessment of a late fee. Please continue to pay your monthly balance until this time.

If you wish to continue to pay by credit card and have a credit card agreement on file, please contact the Port Office (360) 297-3545 with your credit card information at your earliest convenience, but no later than May 10th.  Currently stored credit cards WILL NOT transfer over from the current system therefore, we are not able to access your full card information for manual transfer. For security reasons, please do not provide this information via e-mail.

Stay tuned for future updates on the new system’s features! Including a customer portal where you can make payments, maintenance requests, and upload your own pictures and documents!

If you have any questions, please contact the Port Office at (360) 297-3545.
